What a great turnout we had for our sign unveiling! About 60 community-minded folks came out to help us celebrate this new presence anchoring the “center” of our town. Before the big moment, we all huddled under the tent, out of the rain, enjoying homemade goodies, learning more about Windsor’s volunteer-driven organizations, and chatting with neighbors and friends, all while Eileen Markland serenaded us on violin. And right on key, the rain stopped, the clouds pulled away and the sun shone on us all as our magnificent sign was revealed by its maker, Scott Brockway, and his right hand man, Jim Slater. Like our sign itself, from the weather to the gathering it is/was truly Windsor-style! —Patty Crane
